All participants add their ideas, inspired by virtual events held around the world by local organizers in each city. The city with the most ideas will receive the award for the most creative city.

at the end of every session I do a "rate the lesson" poll. My learners rank the class from 1 to 10. It is my way to show the students that I value their feedback. I feel everyday as eductaors we should evaluate the progress we have made and my impact.
I understand how the students are feeling each session and strive to be better. Students are more open to give feedback.
