Outside the Box is a professional development capacity building program that uses 21st Century Teaching and Learning Strategies to build the capacities of parents , educators and learners to enahnce teaching and learning in schools 

Outside the Box will be a Training of Trainer program  that will be implemented using some selected schools as pilot in communities..

Selected educators will brainstorm on the teaching and learning challenges and developed a standard modules that is different from the traditonal modules used in teaching and learning . The flipped classroom model will be applied and piloted .

The training of Trainers modules will be three weeks .

The modules will focus on

Communication

Collaboration

Critical Thinking 

Creativity 

Leadership 

Effective Usage of  Teaching and Learning Materials 

Problem Finding Method

After the training , the selected participants are suppose to go back to their schools and implement the module and give feedback after a period .  

This program will be implemented in partnership of Ministry of Education and 21st Century Learning 

•  Improved standards of teaching and learning among educators 
• Peer to Peer Review Mechanisms to ensure accountability and standards are practices in schools 
• Professional Development for participants 

Financial resource capital of $7000 for selected training of trainee for the 3 weeks training 

Training experts  from diverse educational background  will be  part of the training of trainee concept

There is a team of 6 who are part of the planning and implementation 

1. Two Project managers - With five years working experiences in Project management :  Roles will be to initiate , plan , excute and closure of the project 

2.  Business development manager -He has four years experience working with diverse business organisations.  His Role  will be  to  fashion out the strategies for strategic partnership for implementation

3 Educator -  Four years in educational sector .    Role :    Established the link between the idea and it implementation and ensure the concept is reallly implemented 

4.  Financial Management Expert :  With 5 years working experiences in both the private and public sector 

5.  Administrator :  Four years working exprience in Business administraion .. Role : Support the team in al our administrative work and logistics 

Phases : 

The first  phase is the Project design and cost - The project team will design the project scope and work breakdown structure of the project  which will include cost and project  schedules - July 1st -July 6th  2022

The second  phase Project briefing and  Brainstorming phase to brief all stakeholders  and orientate the team on the project and its impact , as well as implementation strategies  - July  7th and 8th , 2022

The third phase : Engaging with the private and public organisatrion for  Strategic partnership stage :   , submiting our proposals and budget to five key strategic corporate organisation for consideration and possible partnership .  Proposal for grants will also be submitted during the same period .   9th July - 21th July 2022

Fourth phase :  MoU sign for project acceptance and implementation  :  22nd July -25th July 2022

Final Phase :  Porject Excute :  Capacity building training commence  : 26th July -2022-  10th August  2022  - Trainings targeted audiences or participants 

Project closure and  Official launching of Ghana 

This capacity building progranm for he educators and learners is the first of it kind in Ghana 

For the first  tiime parents , learners and educator 

 Accra , Ghana  will be the region for implenentation 

The technology to be used are wrieless  internet with the Telwcos and financial institutions 

Business Development Manager  will facilitate the process of getting thee two partners together to address  it 

Educators who have diverse experience 

The project will run as pilot and then subscription on monthly bases by organisation

Grant sourcing  to implement project    . 

- Montly or Yearly Membership Subscription will also be a source of generating revenue to maintain the facilty -  We will have three types of subscriptions : Premium , Gold and Silver Subscriptions .
