Prevent deterioration of muscle strength at a younger age ensure children don’t lose ability to hold a pencil use a can opener , scissors etc due to the lack of experiences to undertake tasks that would support muscle building . Previous generations would have hand screwdriver, can opener, paintbrushes, pencils, pens etc would be only form of writing therefore using these writing tools regularly would have built a certain set of muscles, these are now often underdeveloped .
