All participants add their ideas, inspired by virtual events held around the world by local organizers in each city. The city with the most ideas will receive the award for the most creative city.

We should target small towns and villages where we have diversity in population. Conduct campaign or tie up with NGO to be done so that the awareness on DEI can be communicated everywhere in school colleges society etc..
What it DEI, how it works, help people to understand more on DEI and have respect for each other
Area where DEI can be impactful are the small village, towns and also most imprtantly are the cities where this has to be encouraged through curriculam.
