All participants add their ideas, inspired by virtual events held around the world by local organizers in each city. The city with the most ideas will receive the award for the most creative city.
The people who will benefit from our ideas may be NGOs specialising in education, or companies working in inclusion.
In this video, you will learn about the Life Project for Youth organization which is an international NGO that prepares young adults for the professional world for more than 10 years. During 6 months, in a training and development center, they will be able to experience teamwork in order to carry out projects and develop their own "business" which will aim to help their community.
The youth have half a day a week dedicated to developing their ecosystem: making themselves known to the community so that they can become trainees, contacting companies that can support their professional integration but also mobilising new young people to join the programme.
The youth will explain to you what is mobilisation. How is it organised? Why is it important?
And will give some tips how to develop the relationship with their community. You will realize thet LP4Y's creativity is to focus on professional exposure !
The main aim of LP4Y is to accompany young people in a situation of exclusion in order to obtain decent job.
A specific pedagogy “Learning by doing”

But because it is easier to be comfortable in society when you know yourself and learn to deal with some of the challenges of both your professional and everyday life, it is important to keep some personal development.

Because LP4Y is convinced that the more you are in contact with the professional world, the easier it will be to have a network and to understand the real challenges of the world of work, we are lucky to have several partners who are committed to us and who contribute by giving specific trainings according to their sector of activity, mock interviews to get the youth used to "selling" themselves to future employers, or to welcome us in their companies in order to share testimonies from the staff and to make them discover the professional world under real conditions.
