All participants add their ideas, inspired by virtual events held around the world by local organizers in each city. The city with the most ideas will receive the award for the most creative city.
All students on every level. Elementary, Middle School, High School and even College level. Opportunity for even more creatively driven careers to gain career paths.
1. Make elective courses normalized. Not the "throw away" classes but rather a class to explore hobbies and activities.
2. Make it easier to take the courses by eliminating the fear of failure. (I'm not going to take x course because i don't know if i'd be good at it). X# of elective courses are required in each year or semester to increase creative learning and exploration.
3. In college continue to have the same mandatories because as adults rising to the working world, parenting world, etc. they will be able to have a better understanding of their strengths and creative capabilties which could change their career paths, hobbies, friendships, etc.
People at all stages of life and learning should be encouraged to have a creative outlet and to be unafraid to try new things and think outside the box. This gives students in all levels of education an opportunity to continue that practice.
Increase in creative careers x teaching.
Courses can turn into hobbies which can turn into careers!
this is an educational system change, a systematic change.
