Launch a School Swaps in urban areas and more rural or suburban ares so children can get insight into other schools, kids, cultures, and education. This could be a pen pals experience with an added layer to shadow multiple times a year.
Kids would see that their schools are just one of many and there are a lot of different cultures, lifestyles, norms, and families. The world is a big place and by seeing it moving in this way, kids would be able to have a slightly larger world view.
