Todos los participantes añaden sus ideas, inspirados en eventos virtuales realizados en todo el mundo por los organizadores locales de cada ciudad. La ciudad con más ideas recibirá el premio a la ciudad más creativa.
Students and staff can benefit from this - whether they are taking part as the 'subject' or the 'participant'. Both users will learn from the experience and will be able to share their learnings with their wider communities.
The Human Library This idea is to have individuals who can be 'checked out' like a library book, to share their story. This story might be their journey to get to where they are in their career, it may be the challenges they have had to overcome because of their personal circumstances, it may be just an opportunity to connect with someone from a background you have never encountered before. The individual would be available for a set period of time to talk to whoever 'checks them out' and they can share information between the two of them. It can be applied to any area. The topic to be shared would be at the discretion of the individual so it may be that they would be happy to discuss their cultural background, their religious beliefs, one aspect of their area of expertise - whatever would be of interest to a 'reader'.
Directly: - People will gain a broader understanding of different viewpoints and experiences, so widening their own perspective. - People will build a wider network through these discussions. - People will feel heard and valued. - True narratives will be able to be shared, rather than those narratives influenced by external bodies with their own priorities. Indirectly: - The viewpoints learned through these discussions could influence broader society through a greater understanding of each other's points of view. - Development of a more cohesive eco-system, which would potentially lead to greater harmony, better connections and enhanced opportunities for collaboration.

Short term: build connections to a group of people
Mid term: start to share and market the website
Long term: build the site to include more and more people offering support/knowledge
This is not unique it is already in place in a few areas but not on scale.
Local then national then international
