All participants add their ideas, inspired by virtual events held around the world by local organizers in each city. The city with the most ideas will receive the award for the most creative city.

Many different people use the river for different reasons eg Sangomas, churches, baptism, swimming, drinking, playing, gardens, Create an annual restorative river carnival to celebrate the cultures and the difference of thinking about rivers. Could be held every year in all riverine communities. Celebrate the value and preciousness and sacredness of rivers
