All participants add their ideas, inspired by virtual events held around the world by local organizers in each city. The city with the most ideas will receive the award for the most creative city.

Creativity arises most of time when we have a need.
Encouraging local, regional programs of ideas for local, regional problems will create better solutions. The children in these areas should be required to participate and be part of the solution. Example "The boy who harnessed the wind"
This project will only works if the proposed solution be tested and put in place.
