All participants add their ideas, inspired by virtual events held around the world by local organizers in each city. The city with the most ideas will receive the award for the most creative city.
Students, Academics, Other support staff, Alumni, other industry experts
Our idea is in person & virtual (hybrid) networking events hosted by the Mentoring team & having current mentors present to share experience. These will be in the catalyst building in person and via teams. Students, alumni and any other industry experts will be invited to come and learn about the mentoring opportunities available. We would have themed networking sessions, e.g. Creatives networking session, to gain a targeted audience.
This is an opportunity to network and spread the word about mentoring, resulting in more sign ups. Now it's time to get back on campus and invite all parties to come and see the valued work in person. We have fantastic stats and feedback to share. There has been 2 years without contact or opportunity, now this is a valued opportunity to take part in by employers & students. By taking part in mentoring for only 1 hour a week, you can boost your employability skills Pitch: 'Take part in something to steer future, try before you buy'
