All participants add their ideas, inspired by virtual events held around the world by local organizers in each city. The city with the most ideas will receive the award for the most creative city.
Learners
to help students learn their team strengths and personality traits a workshop should be held where they complete personality questionnaires (Belbin, VARK etc). Then the students create a super hero persona (cape, shield, costume) representing their strengths and personality type. The playful fun the students would have and the memorable images would help to translate the session to be more of a memory/experience.
Team bonding, students have an experience, theory is remembered.
