All participants add their ideas, inspired by virtual events held around the world by local organizers in each city. The city with the most ideas will receive the award for the most creative city.

Beyond Inspiration will be a business network platform, that will be connecting five successful SMEs businesses in Africa to five Young Entrepreneurs Starts-ups businessess to build their capacity and promote their start -up businessess through a business leadership mentorship program that will focus on Shared Learning Experiences, Leadership Mentorship and Networking.
The idea is to inspire creativity and promote their start-up businessess through collaborative learning experiences . . The project is in three phases . The first phase is the profiling stage of five successful SMEs businessess in Africa and then Profile of five young entreprenuers with start-ups .
The second, is the partnership phase, which is to connect the five Young Entreprenuers with the five sucessful SMEs businesses. There will be a selection criteria base on area of business interest.
The final phase willl be the start up mentorship stage. . This Leadership business Mentorship willl run for 3-4 months using business modules . . Successful selected young enterprenuers who completes this program will be part of Young African Start-ups Business Network(YASBN) . This will be a group that will also scout for the next group of young enterprenuers to mentor, guide. inpires and share learning experiences that willl promote and build their SMEs Start-ups space . This will also be in a documentary series and show on television and social media platforms to promote SMEs Start-ups Space and Young Entreprenuers
