All participants will add their ideas, inspired by virtual events held around the world by the local organizers of each city. The one with the most ideas will receive the award for the most creative city.
Nowadays, Covid19 is a pandemic and it is necessary to provide an alternative to get people a normal living conditions, in order to normalize the economy system. We propose the development of prevention equipment using ultraviolet type C light and ozone. The project has 4 stages:
1. First, the development of a portable UV lamp. The objective of this device is to disinfect and sanitize surfaces and objects in an agile and fast way. An example is a computer, keyboard, door handles, keys, clothes, etc.
2. Second, a box with UV light inside. This device will allow the disinfection of objects such as gloves, glasses, cell phones, wallets, masks, air through ventilator inside.
3. Third, a UV disinfection arc. This equipment is intended for hospitals, supermarkets, or rooms or spaces.
4. Fourth, an ozone disinfection chamber. This equipment is designed for spaces such as entrances to supermarkets, banks, buildings, universities, parks, cinemas, it is designed not only for any things regards persons.

To develop COVID infection prevention devices19. There are four products to develop, each of the devices complements each other.
The first is a portable UV lamp, the second a UV disinfection box, the third a UV disinfection arc, and the fourth a disinfection chamber using ozone.
Using these four pieces of equipment will reduce the probability of contagion of the people in public spaces, the firstly is implemented to disinfect and sanitize the everyday use, e.i. the office computer keyboard, also when going to the supermarket the UV lamp allows disinfecting the car and another small things. Second, the UV box allows disinfecting larger devices such as cell phones, wallets, notebooks, purses, books, gloves, masks. Third, in hospitals, classrooms and in general in all close spaces, it is necessary before the use, to be disinfected and sanitize, in this context the UV arc is useful. Finally, the ozone chamber is intended to be used by people and items that need to be disinfected at the entrances of buildings, classrooms, shopping malls, among others.
The expected effect in society is for people to increase their security when going out to carry out their daily activities, considering new social behaviors which include the permanent disinfection and sanitization of articles of daily use. In that way, it is possible to improve the business climate and corporate social responsibility.
The project will be designed entirely by members of the National Polytechnic School (Escuela Politécnica Nacional, EPN). Firstly, our institution has a dedicated public relations department, which also advertises investigations results. It has several communication channels like social media and institution web site in which projects will be presented. The scope of our social networks is wide and includes students, teachers, general public and alumni who now own their companies and may be interested in prototypes. Secondly, this action will be complemented with a presentation to potential investors and entrepreneurs. It is also planned to participate in business rounds. Third, also the project has the support of EPN-Tech which is a Public Company of EPN with a good knowledge of business, communication, and socialization of projects. Fourth, as part of the contribution to society, some products obtained as a result of this project will be donated to people with limited resources and vulnerable sectors.
