Access to basic resources is one of the worst way to get Covid-19 as there are people also getting food and people who are infected may have touched the groceries or items. I think the best way is to do it online

My Idea is to buy food online and when it comes to your house, I recommend santising them with wet wipes and spraying sanitiser for each item. Wash hands just incase and open tap with a tissue. This way you won't be infected.
Reducing the spread, cleansing your groceries and not going to the shop which increases your chances of getting the Virus.
