All participants add their ideas, inspired by virtual events held around the world by local organizers in each city. The city with the most ideas will receive the award for the most creative city.
Those excellent graduated profiles who would love to become educators but refrain from choosing this path due to limited pay and career evolution. As well, kids who will benefit from top-notch education, with passionate and highly skilled educators.
In many countries, the best students prefer to choose management, medical, law or engineering studies... They never think of becoming educators although they may really be gifted for that. Why, simply because this job is not aspirational and is not well paid. The idea is to put in place a highly selective system for educators' enrollment and give job positions only to the top-notch profiles, but this of course requires incentivizing them properly, either in terms of salary, advantages but also in terms of career evolution.
Having the best educators who would play a pivotal role in providing the best education base possible for future generations.
This is a program which we need to have the government buy in if we want to have a proper implemetation. We need to attract top talent teachers and educators, primarily by increasing the attractiveness of this function's salary.
I have a strong connection with one of the key team members managing Morocco's Economic Development model, which includes the Education Topic focused on Teachers / Educators.
