All participants add their ideas, inspired by virtual events held around the world by local organizers in each city. The city with the most ideas will receive the award for the most creative city.

-Encourage Educators and Students to develop creative way to reuse/ repurpose/ recycle BIC products.
-Create celebrations for individual student efforts for sustainability.
-Reward Teachers for creating sustabibility initiatives in the classroom.
-Encourage collaborations between students/ teachers, classrooms/ schools and, schools/ BIC to create sustainabilty efforts especially when it comes to BIC products.
-Encourage sustainability.
-Decrease the amount of product that ends up in the landfill.
-Create/ discover ways to reuse/ repurpose/ recycle BIC products that can be shared globally.
Reward program to be established and a 'judge' team of BIC employees to be established.
Post the 'challenge' on all BIC Social Media avenues and the website.
And, send out participation packets to each school that request it.
