children and community
School plants fruit trees and vegetable seeds. Children learn how to grow food and start to see it growing. They can also harvest the food afterwards and either give it to the community or eat it themselves. Lessons can be developed to talk about fresh food benefits, health care, food preparation etc.
Message about fresh food and health.
Seeds and compost and packs. Sponsorship and funding from grant bids.

Short term: organise material and trial
Long term: role out via schools or to local community, then share idea further afield.
Probably already done in places, but will promote growing food. Could be sent to twinned communities in other countries.
