Young primary school children as a first step (virtual sessions) and then older students as a second step (travelling, visiting real factories...)
Organize virtual sessions with children from other schools or education entities where children can share experiences and learn about each others' cultures etc.. This can be take up a notch by also planning travel sessions instead of the virtual sessions. This could be done for students as a first step. As students get older, they will be taken into real businesses and factories where they can witness how creativity is translated in the real world.
Familiarizing children with diversity / accepting others and with real professional atmospheres.
