All participants add their ideas, inspired by virtual events held around the world by local organizers in each city. The city with the most ideas will receive the award for the most creative city.
Youth 18+ years old, who would like to do what they are most passionate about, a job that gives them the opportunity to have a meaningful and fulfilling life.
Launch an app where youth 18+ can be connected to professionals from various fields. These youth would have the opportunity to use this “matching platform” to connect with mentors who are currently professionals in the fields youths are passionate about. Mentors would talk about their job, offer internships…, while the youth would share their creative ideas, sourced from their passion to the given field. This app would have a geo-localization feature as the idea would be to go beyond a digital mentorship program.
Support youth orientation, give a sense to their job. Ultimately, they would be overperforming in what they do as they would be passionate about it. It would be a sharing platform, merging the passion of the youth with the expertise of professional mentors.
