All participants add their ideas, inspired by virtual events held around the world by local organizers in each city. The city with the most ideas will receive the award for the most creative city.
Educators mostly as this would facilitate the educational approach
The relationship between Kids and their Educators is not optimal as it highly focuses on getting high grades and succeeding exams. the quality of this relationship fluctuates and depends on many factors (gender, economic condition, kids behavior...). The idea is to improve this bond via a "Live my Life" concept, where each one of them would be in the seat of the other (i.e educators to be given a grade as well as per the quality of their teaching, kids to manage classrooms...)
Create a real bond between educators and kids as they would be both understanding the challenges of one another. This would then smoothen all interactions as it will generate natural trust and respect.
