All participants add their ideas, inspired by virtual events held around the world by local organizers in each city. The city with the most ideas will receive the award for the most creative city.
Adults and children, families, elementary school teachers.
Prepare a program of practical assignments for elementary school children to send out to schools.
For example, how to improve a toothbrush, come up with an idea for a wristwatch, come up with fantastic fish from what's in the kitchen, come up with an idea for sneakers, take a picture of something unusual that's nearby on a smartphone, draw the funniest car in the world. There may also be a real classroom, school, or home problems to solve in the assignment. For example -how to teach creativity)?
We collect all the ready-made tasks and drawings in a specially created Facebook group. Then we determine the most interesting, unexpected work and make them billboards and set them in the city. For a month, the most interesting children's works will be seen by all adults. The works will also be installed on Instagram.
Children's creativity becomes the focus of society, family, school, and the city. It gains value and importance. We show how children's creative ideas can change the world!
The idea does not require many resources. Khmelnytskyi is a large regional center, and there is a department of education and science. We will hold a meeting with representatives of the department and agree on informational support for the contest. Also in our plans to apply to the Mayor of the city to promote the contest. If our idea wins, Khmelnytskyi will become the first city in Ukraine, which supports children's creativity! We believe that the Mayor will help with renting advertising space, as well as with promotional and advertising issues. Creating a Facebook page, as well as maintaining Instagram is within the power of our team. We can also develop the idea, and make a certain number of prints on T-shirts with the best children's artwork. Then, in the final contest, hold a charity auction with the sale of T-shirts, the proceeds of which will go to defenders of Ukraine, as well as people who have been affected by the war.
Our team is still small, but we can expand as needed.

For the first time, children's creativity is given attention. What is unique is that amazing and unusual drawings and ideas will decorate the streets of the city with their imagination and creativity. Adults will stop and ask, "What is this? And then, "Ahh... I see it's interesting"! Thus, we not only draw attention to the need for creativity, but we want to raise the value of creative education. In addition, prints with children's drawings will also contribute to the overall drive of the event
We are going to hold a contest in Khmelnytskyi. However, today there are a lot of children from all over Ukraine whose families have moved due to military actions. So children will actually participate from all regions of the country.
Of course. I have been working on the theory of creativity for a long time. I have published a lot of articles on this subject, and I have a lot of practical experience as well. For a long time I worked in the creative department of radio, and then I participated as a creative producer in advertising projects. At the end of last year in co-authorship with Tamara Pushkareva, we wrote and published own a textbook for the elementary school in two parts, which is designed for the first steps of a child into the world of creative thinking!

. We also have all the technical capabilities to implement this idea! Elena Gromskaya is the coordinator of many projects and competitions at the Institute for Educational Modernization on our team. Tatyana Matveychuk coordinates many projects today as a volunteer. She is the organizer of the Development and Education Channel and helps IDP children in Khmelnytskyi.
The idea requires very little funding, making it easy to implement and run with. It is based almost on the support of our team, local municipality when it comes display drawing on billboards, and buying T-shirts for print. Also, we are sure about contributing local department of education in supporting the contest. The total budget we estimate at 500-600 USD, which will be used for the development of banner ads, technical support, as well as support in social networks.
