If you ask how can we break this or how can we stop this (for instance how can we hinder creativity in eductaion), participants can start to think about stopping sometyhing ort the barriers. it is then often easier to ask how can we stop this barrier, this leads to creative ideas generation.
more ideas are quickly created. no fear of failure as you are looking at the opposite. less pressure.
