BIC to create a full social media network.
- Create a YouTube channel for ideas and/ or to share creations. This channel could be used both internally and externally.
- Use social media to both create contests for our customers and internally. Always share contest results on social media.
- Always use a standard BIC hashtag (ie: #BICreativity) and a new hashtag with every social media posts to relate more to the topic at hand (ie: #BICIdeasWorldCup6).
Social media is used and will only become more prevelant in the future.
Creating a network using social media will keep the BIC product at the forefront of our customer's minds while allowing for an interactive environment between BIC and our customers.
