When we were born, we didn't come with a user manual. Besides the usual school curriculum ("Know how to think"), the idea is to incorporate the "Know how to be", "Know how to live (the moment)" and "Know how to elevate (spirituality)". This can be done through introducing Meditation, Yoga... as mandatory sessions at an early age.
This improves kids' emotional regulations, boosts their self-esteem, enhances their concentration and reduces impulsivity. Schools and parents will also benefit from this indirectly, as it makes it easier to proceed with educating their kids.
