As a student myself, i believe that Students of course will be able to benefit from this idea as it will open their minds to a broader network, it will inspire them of ways to change the world and will make them catch a glimpse of their future. It will make them become leaders and start showing them how to live independently. But also, it will benefit universities and companies , it will give them to eye to see new talents. The opportunity to admire maybe singers, writers, actors, athletes...With all this, they might make students a step closer to making their dream come true. For example, a club might notice a good football player and decide to help them or a publisher might notice a good writer etc.

My idea involves organizing talent shows or maybe talent contests in the home country or maybe with other schools in the country and around the world. And yes, maybe some schools do have talent shows or things similar to that but after the talent show is over, students continue the lives and they are not exposed to new opportunities. It's like their talent is hidden in the school or inside their inner circle. If these talent shows were maybe sponsored by the country or if they were put online for people all around the world to see. The talent shows can further become contest where the students will be able to travel around the world or have exchange programs with other schools.

The most important benefits are that the child will think broader and have a higher chance of becoming who they want to be if they know that there are people out there who are watching or who are willing to help them. The students will be able to express themselves and learn multiple intelligences for school is not only about teaching teaching and teaching. The students need to carry out activities , they need to be able to "SHOW THEMSELVES". This is not only an opportunity to show what you can do or what you are passionate about but it's also an opportunity to learn from others, to exchange ideas with others. When travelling around the world, they can learn form different viewpoints and also have multiple talents or interest. They can make new friends and then from what they learn, they will be able to come and then teach others or talk about their experiences. Also, they will get the opportunity to maybe to be seen by universities and maybe get the chance at receiving scholarships or companies which cud give them internships or people who could just help in reaching their dream

For this, I need platforms or places for the talent shows to take place and social media platforms where the talent show will be advertised. But most importantly, I need the resources to carry out a good talent show for the people showcasing, Things like this include costumes for plays, instruments , professional teachers to teach them, books etc... Like this, even after the talent show, people can still learn with the resources who are interested can still learn and showcase on the next talent show. So how I plan to get them, I am counting on this prize very much to inspire the new youth but if it doesn't go as planned, I can advertise my talent show and maybe sell tickets for those who went to join. With the money from the tickets, I'll use this to buy all the necessary recourses. In addition, I'll ask my school to sponsor it so, they will put in their own efforts to give me a boost and their support as I am planning for the first talent shows to be held there - at our campus.

For the moment, I don't really have a developed team yet if you don't obviously count my parents and my teacher who introduced me to this program and asked me to participate. So, my school is hosting our first annual talent show which the school has organized where our parents and other people will come to see. I plan on this being the flame to ignite my fire. As the presentations will go on, I will mount a group from the best talents and ask them to join(I'm praying they accept) . As for their description, I am a high school freshman (9th grade/Year 10) and I firmly believe that the youths are the leaders of tomorrow so, I want to get young and trustworthy people who can help me or lets say we will help each other giving new ideas etc. .The Grade senior students and my team can further be ambassadors to our project and expand it starting with schools in our city as I have friends in other schools.

As I previously said, I don't have a concrete plan yet but my school talent show is on Saturday the 28th April which is one day after the winner has been announced. From that day, I believe my plan will grow to immense proportions

The unique thing about my projects is the fact that it's like a door or an entrance to a better future; a fun living environment. This talent show can potentially be a pathway to successful carriers, it can open paths to those multi intelligence pupils who are not really focused on school but STILL HAVE A FUTURE!! Those pupils who have immense talents, GREAT youths with ideas that could even change the world but, they don't have the money to attend all those prestigious Britain's got talent, America's got talent, American idol etc.... But most importantly, they don't have the courage or motivation to achieve those dreams. I want to be the voice of these long youths because I believe that everyone is special and has something to give or i got it wrong, i want to help them find their voices and express themselves to show their full potential. Cameroon is not a very developed country right now but it will be because of us - the young people, the new generation but if they can't show their ideas for the world to see then how can we change our country, our teaching methods to become a better place. My idea is unique in the sense it empowers people, it makes them find their voices, it will give a new sense to education, to learning in a way that students will enjoy and want to go to school and lastly, it will change my neighborhood, my city, my country.  It will (people, places, talents )                                                                         let it shine and make them                                                                            SHOW THEMESELVES!!!

In Douala Cameroon where I live and attend school.

Not really but  am a science student and I do STEM. At the moment or during the summer holidays, I am planning on creating an app called SHOW YOURSELF where all the transactions will take place for the talent show. Where the talents will be announced, the dates, and the possible means to pay the tickets. As for the knowledge, my team and I can come up with ideas to make the talent show better based on the critics, praises Also, the Cambridge schools in my city are really connected as we normally have tournaments, competitions....They can help in advertising the idea so it can become true, I will also make use of social media. I can find popular people I know and ask them to advertise the show.

Firstly, the first talent shows will be held at my school and i believe they will help me. Charities and outsiders paying for the tickets can be a source of income. With the prefects at school, we can organize activities every once in a while which will give us some money. These activities include movie nights, sportive games where a yellow or red card will have a fee or what we normally do at my school. Because we have a uniform, every mufti day we come in our home clothes and have to pay to come in the home clothes or else, you come in uniform. I can also ask for donations like instruments, books costumes to help with my idea. Companies (my friends parent's or my parents) Can help sponsor the show tooo. I am drawing up my plan so hopefully new ideas will come up.
