Companies do not support much their local communities (while this does't require necessarily financial ressources). So companies should have mandatory number of hours to allocate per month to their local communities, in order to share their expertise with students and support their orientation to fields that they may discover to be passionating for them.
New generations are in high need of a purposful job, to be motivated, engaged and deliver their objectives (their companies' objectives, and ultimately, the economy of their country).
