Changemakers Without Boarders (CWB) will be a global moverments of educators with diverse experience in education , teaching and learning methodology . The network is open to anyone who want to spend some time to travel within area of jurisdiction and share experiences in teaching and learning for schools in rural communites that lacks the capacity . , The network will be formed from national to regional levels with well structured organisation teams. . . This will consist of eduactional counsellors , educational psychologists, retired educators, teaching and learning experts who will serve as volunteers. The key objective is to provide teaching and learning experiences and teaching and learning materials to deprived rural schools that do not have the resource capacity
This will be a yearly project, implemented at different countries that have established Changemakers Without Boarders. The project can be decentralize to meet the needs of targeted beneficiaries .
The project will identify a rural community schools , establish partnership with the local educational authoroty , set a date and mobilize it members to implement the project . ..
Build Capacity of rural teachers through Training of Trainers Professional development program
Mobilize resources in the area of Teaching and Learning Materials to enhance the quality of teaching and learning and bridge the gap
