All participants add their ideas, inspired by virtual events held around the world by local organizers in each city. The city with the most ideas will receive the award for the most creative city.

I am an inventor and creativity catalyst. I have been working with inventors for the last 16 years and teaching kids creativity for the last 12 years.
This idea (see attached video) is a thinking process that compulsive inventors use. It is hardwired into their thinking and is based on 16 years of helping inventors patent their ideas and getting to know how they/I think.
It is a simple process which can be taught to kids and adults alike. The earlier one gets into the habit of using this process, the more it becomes part of the brain's muscle memory.
The attached video tries to encapsulate what I teach in a 90 minute session for kids. It is part of a series of 4 such workshops on creative thinking. For adults it is facilitated during a half day creative thinking and ideation workshop.
I use the example of the simple and humble pen alongwith this thinking process to conceive a pen invention idea I had some years ago. The example teaches one how to use a relatively simple tool and expand on it using the inventors thinking process which has been condensed and explained in the video attached.
I entered this competition (with the goal of winning it of course:) - so I can refine this video and make it available and accessible to people of all ages across the world, so they can learn how easy it is to create once you absorb the technique.
My goal is to produce a series of videos on creativity which inspires people to create and consciously have the power to affect change around & about themselves.
To launch this idea, it would require the skills of a whiteboard animator or animation company to rework the video professionally.
Finding an animator will not be the challenge, the cost of it will be. Costs are between $3000 to $15000 (eg:RSA Animate) per minute of animation by animation companies.
This cost however can be reduced through using an individual instead of a company to approximately $15,000 for a 6 minute video.
I am looking for sponsorship, ideally from a company that would sponsor creative thinking content as part of their corporate mandate to boost and encourage creativity and innovation.
This particular idea does not require a team as most of the work has been done already. I require the skils of a whiteboard animator as explained above.

This whiteboard animation video quantifies and explains in a simple way the accumulation of knowledge and experience of the inventive process that inventors around the world subconsciously and consciously use.
It uses simple everyday examples to break down a thinking process and validates that creativity can be taught about and inspired.
North America and Globally at the same time via public video channels, corporate websites/media and social media avenues.
Yes I have previous experience of having whiteboard animation made (see draft video attached). I also have 16 years of experience helping inventors with their ideas and 12 years of knowledge influencing children to tap into their creative selves.
The beauty of this project is that it is digital media and once launched, the only maintenance required is to have subtitles in various other languages such as Hindi, Chinese, Portugese, Japanese, Korean etc added to reach and influence a larger audience globally. This can be done in phases as views grow and does not require finances to implement.
The long term plan is to add more videos that influence creativity over time so that it becomes a repository of knowledge on the various forms and methods that influence creativity. Sponsors will be found at the time (if needed) .
