All participants add their ideas, inspired by virtual events held around the world by local organizers in each city. The city with the most ideas will receive the award for the most creative city.
Citizens, especially the vulnerable
Make sure that all vulnerable areas (especially) are demarcated into street committee-type structures where there are capacitated and known individuals who can provide leadership in a time of crisis. These committees should encompass safety officers, fire safety, medical, psychosocial infrastructural, and other skills that can support people in times of need.
