All participants add their ideas, inspired by virtual events held around the world by local organizers in each city. The city with the most ideas will receive the award for the most creative city.

Hold a contest to refashion the BIC boy to represent different regions, countries, cultures and, inclusion.
The winner(s) of the contest could be gifted BIC product as well as design credit for their BIC boy.
A BIC boy designed by someone from the Southeastern United States would look much different from a BIC boy designed by someone from the New England Area and both of these would look incredibly different from a BIC boy designed by someone in the Asia.
The refashioned BIC boy could then be used in/ with our products to target the area that that particular BIC boy represents or, create a product collection that included each refashioned BIC boy.
Holding an open contest to refashion the BIC boy would create an environment of diversity and inclusion.
Having a BIC boy in many different styles, from different walks of life, regions, etc will also be a way for our customers to relate to our brand.
